School Overview

The School of Social Sciences and Humanities offers seven majors: Recreation and Leisure Studies, Beauty and Aesthestics, Visual Communication Design, Funeral Service Management, Addiction Counseling, Social Welfare, and Child and Adolescent Counseling. This field focuses on understanding and exploring the entire human life cycle, from birth to death, by integrating knowledge from various disciplines such as leisure, art, welfare, and counseling to promote human well-being. The goal is to nurture creative, interdisciplinary talents who can thrive in the 4th industrial revolution.

Introduction

The Addiction Counseling major teaches psychology to help students understand human behavior and emotions. Building on this foundation, the program develops specialized counseling skills to address addiction and psychological issues, training students to become experts in preventing and counseling addiction problems.
