School Overview

The School of Social Sciences and Humanities offers seven majors: Recreation and Leisure Studies, Beauty and Aesthestics, Visual Communication Design, Funeral Service Management, Addiction Counseling, Social Welfare, and Child and Adolescent Counseling. This field focuses on understanding and exploring the entire human life cycle, from birth to death, by integrating knowledge from various disciplines such as leisure, art, welfare, and counseling to promote human well-being. The goal is to nurture creative, interdisciplinary talents who can thrive in the 4th industrial revolution.

It explores professional intervention methods at the individual, family, group, community, and national levels. The program aims to develop highly skilled professionals in social welfare and related fields, grounded in respect for human dignity and values, and equipped to tackle both individual and societal challenges.
