School Overview

The School of Natural Sciences aims to develop specialized professionals with the practical skills needed in their fields, grounded in basic sciences, biomedical engineering, and biotechnology. The school also focuses on nurturing individuals who can adapt to the changing demands of society. It consists of five majors.

Educational Objectives

The Safety Engineering major is a comprehensive field of study designed to develop systematic skills in risk analysis and safety assessment. It focuses on identifying and minimizing various hazards and risks, such as human errors, equipment failures, building collapses, and unsafe work environments, which can arise during industrial activities. Aligned with the advancements of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the program emphasizes the development of smart safety education and trains practical safety and health managers who integrate both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
